Kaduna state government other all parents to send their child to school or face the law

The kaduna state government, advised parents to send all their children to school or they face the presecution according to the law.
   The permanent secretary, ministry of education, MRS. Pholex yayi come up with an advice to the kaduna government in an interview with the NWES AGENCY OF NIGERIA (NAN).
  MRS. pholex yayi says according to the law every child have the right to free and compulsory universal education, and the state government duty is to provide such education.

Kaduna state government has declared free education to every children right from primary level to secondary level. Hence you shot be aware that the child welfare and protection law, 2018, section 18 (6), stipulates that any parents nor guardian who fails to put there child in school have committed an offecen and he will face the law, remember this offence can lead such person to jail
