The federal high court sitting in portharcourt, river State order that pastor Mercy Daniel ogbonnaya should be remanded at the portharcourt correctional center for obtaining a sum of #23m under false pretenses.
Between 7th September 2018 and 8th February 2019 Mercy Daniel ogbonnaya collected the sum of #23,042,000 from MRS. Nyingierefaa Maxwell and Mrs machalniene Richard under the false pretense of business proposal of purchase of youghurt from aba, suppply of provision to the Genesis group of company and supply of wire to Globalcom company
