Dr. Fayemi said the payment of the minimum wage was motivating workers, especially teachers, to provide the best for the state and regain lost glory and pride of being the nerve center of education in the country.

The governor said: “I have also made sure that all school-age students are in schools in line with the Education Act makes basic education compulsory and in line with global best practices.
