Strain as Federal High Court set to convey make or blemish judgment on Governor Ayade’s

Unmistakable pressure has held the political camp of Governor Ben Ayade of Cross River State as a Federal High Court in Abuja is set to convey a make or blemish judgment in a deserting suit against him.

Equity Taiwo is supposed to spread the word about his choice sometime in the afternoon on the legitimateness or in any case of the abandonment of the lead representative from the People’s Democratic Party PDP to the All Progressives Congress APC.

At the hour of this report, many allies and supporters of the lead representative have raged the court premises discussing the heading of the court’s pendulum.

Albeit the judgment should have been given over yesterday, it was moved till today following a Court of Appeal’s most recent choice on abandonments.

Equity Taiwo ended the judgment to empower him consider the ramifications of the Court of Appeal’s new judgment on the deserting related matters.

The Court of Appeal, Enugu Division, had held that deserting established no known offense except for protected privileges of opportunity of relationship as cherished under Section 40 of the 1999 Constitution.

Nonetheless, while the Court of Appeal’s new choice was depended on a suit organized by the APC governorship applicant in Cross River State in the last governorship political race against the APC, the Federal High Court suit was established by the PDP against Ayade.

Ben Ayade and his Deputy had abandoned from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC), inciting the PDP to request that the court proclaim their seats empty.

In the mean time, Justice Taiwo is being anticipated in the completely stuffed court for the judgment.
